Evan’s experience at 4 digital marketing agencies led him to put together a team of experts to deliver large-agency service at a fraction of the cost. Over the past 6 years, he’s worked hands-on with clients from an array of industries, managed monthly budgets up to $1 million and now brings that diverse knowledge to the Oh 1 portfolio. When he's not diving into data and analytics of clients' online advertising, he can be found in the kitchen testing his skills baking elaborate desserts or playing fetch at the park with his dog, Milo.

Joe has worked in the agency world for the last 7 years which has provided exposure to a variety of different clients & verticals such as telecommunication, CPG, education, you name it! Joe has done it all from handling client communication, providing testing recommendations, teaching others, and getting in the weeds with day-to-day optimization. Joe is invested in every client he touches and takes decreases in performance personally, making any sort of rising in cost per click or decrease in click-through rate enemy number 1. When Joe has some downtime, he enjoys going on long walks through Chicago's neighborhoods and listening to podcasts. As a big standup comedy fan, one of his favorites is Mike Birbiglia’s Working It Out – a must-listen for any comedy fan!

Milo joined the Oh 1 team after realizing that the potential for head scratches, treats, and attention, in general, was practically limitless. As CFO, he's entrusted with making sure any sticks, balls, and loose toys are safely guarded and brought back promptly when tossed down the hall. Being on four legs, he brings a sense of urgency to the team that is unmatched. When he's not on the clock, you can find him chasing squirrels in his sleep.
